This year's banquet will be held Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the First Baptist Church Family Life Center. The theme is western. Tickets will be $25 each and will be available at the Chamber in early January. More information to follow as it becomes available!

Pioneer Days/ Chickfest – September 13-15, 2012

Pittsburg’s biggest festival of the year is also the Chamber’s biggest event. The streets of Historic Downtown Pittsburg are blocked off as thousands of visitors shop the vendor booths on the main street, which feature both commercial and handcrafted items. Vendors and guests are encouraged to dress in period clothing. Some events include live entertainment, mule-driven wagon rides, cooking contests, quilt display, arts and crafts and tours of the Farmstead and Depot museums. There is live entertainment, carnival rides, bounce houses and a large kids activity center as well as a food court area with fair favorites. The event also includes the annual Golf Tournament, presented by Cypress Bank. Enjoy Capital One’s Hot Dog Lunch and Pilgrim Bank’s Homemade Ice Cream Tent.
